Yes, posting a basic ad is completely free. You can list your machine with photos, details, and your contact information at no cost. Featured listings with premium placement may have additional charges.

How do I know if a machine listing is genuine?▾

We recommend always inspecting the machine in person before making a payment. You can also use our Machine Inspection service where our professional team visits the machine on your behalf and provides a detailed condition report. Never send money without verifying the machine first.

What brands of machines are listed on the platform?▾

We have listings for all major embroidery machine brands including Tajima, Barudan, SWF, Yuemei, Great, SWM, Promaker, Humble, AA Champion, Haina, and more. You can filter by brand using the "Make" tab in the Browse section.

What types of embroidery machines can I find here?▾

Our platform covers all types — Simple, Sequin, Twin Sequin, Aari/Dori, Moti/Beads, and Cut Dana machines. You can filter by type using the "Category" tab in the Browse section. Machines range from single-head to 32+ head configurations.

When you choose "Sell It For You", our sales team takes over. We create a professional listing with a featured placement, actively reach out to potential buyers, handle inquiries and negotiations, and help close the deal. A commission is charged only on a successful sale — you agree on the terms before we start.

What is the Machine Inspection service?▾

Our inspection team physically visits the machine location to check its condition — including heads, motors, frame, electronics, stitch quality, and overall working state. You receive a detailed report so you can make an informed buying decision without travelling yourself.

Can I find machine parts and accessories here?▾

Yes. We list current rates for cones, bobbins, tilla, and sequins on the homepage. We are also building a dedicated parts and accessories section where you will be able to browse and buy machine parts directly through the platform.

How do I find a mechanic or electrician for my machine?▾

We have dedicated sections for Mechanics and Electricians on the platform. You can browse available professionals, check their details, and contact them directly. We are working on adding ratings and reviews so you can choose with confidence.

Always Inspect Before You Pay

Never transfer money or make a payment without physically inspecting the machine or using our Machine Inspection service. Ask for live videos, check all heads, test the stitch quality, and verify the model year. If a deal sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Meet in a Safe Location

When meeting a buyer or seller, choose a public or well-known location. If visiting a factory or production unit, take someone with you. Share your location with a trusted contact. Avoid meeting alone in unfamiliar areas, especially for high-value transactions.

Verify the Seller's Identity

Before proceeding with any transaction, verify the seller's identity. Ask for their CNIC number for high-value deals. Check if they have other listings on the platform. A genuine seller will have no problem sharing details about their business and machine history.

Use Secure Payment Methods

Avoid sending cash through unverifiable channels. Use bank transfers where you have a record of the transaction. For large purchases, consider using a pay order or bank draft. Always get a written receipt or sale agreement signed by both parties.

Watch Out for Red Flags

Be cautious if a seller refuses to let you inspect the machine, pressures you to pay urgently, asks for advance payment to "hold" the machine, offers prices significantly below market rate, or cannot provide clear photos or videos. Report suspicious listings to our team immediately.

Check Machine Documents

For imported machines, ask for import documents and customs clearance papers. For locally assembled machines, verify the warranty card and original purchase receipt. Having proper documentation protects you legally and confirms the machine is not stolen or disputed.
